How to vet any cleaner
- Credential: IKECA (CECS/CECI) or equivalent accepted by your AHJ — ask, then verify
- Insurance: COI for liability (+ workers’ comp if they have employees)
- Photo report: plenum, duct, fan — not only canopy
- Scope: full-system vs canopy-only in writing
- After-hours: stated before you book
